Credit Union Golf Tournament to Benefit Charity

first westDelta, BCThe Beach Grove Golf Club, located in sunny Tsawwassen, is in inviting golfers to take in the beauty of one of the most scenic clubs around, tucked away in beautiful sunny Tsawwassen. The club is now accepting applications for the Envision Financial Beach Grove Amateur Open charity golf tournament taking place on August 17 and 18 benefitting the Delta Hospice Society. Golfers participating in this summer tournament will support the important work of the Delta Hospice Society. The Society operates the Harold & Veronica Savage Centre for Supportive Care and the Irene Thomas Hospice in Ladner and the Hospice Cottage Charity Shoppe in Tsawwassen. 100% of all proceeds donated from this tournament will go directly to support no fee programs and counselling services for adults, children and teens in our community who are living with a serious illness or loss. "We feel very honoured to be the beneficiaries of the Envision Financial Beach Grove Amateur tournament for a second year and want to thank Envision Financial and Beach Grove again for choosing to support the work of the Delta Hospice Society. We can ensure that 100% of these gifts are directed towards the most urgent area of need for those individuals and families in our community touched by illness, loss and grief," says Delta Hospice Executive Director Nancy Macey.
