St. Louis, MO - April 30, 2020 – Arsenal Credit Union is helping feed the community by donating to local food pantries, school backpack programs and other organizations that help feed nurses, doctors and other essential employees.

“Arsenal supports local organizations year-round, but we felt compelled to do what we can during this difficult time,” said Lori Crutchley, senior vice president at Arsenal Credit Union. “Many families are going through tough times right now. By supporting local food pantries and school backpack programs, we can help make sure they don’t go hungry!”

Arsenal donated $250 to each of the following organizations:

               • Community Interfaith Food Pantry (Belleville)

               • Affton Christian Food Pantry

               • Brendan’s Friday Backpacks

The credit union also donated $250 to purchase meals for employees at SSM Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital, bought 50 boxed lunches from Orlando Gardens for housekeeping employees at the St. Louis VA Medical Center-John Cochran Division and gave $100 in Taco Bell and Burger King gift cards to the Harbor, an organization that assists homeless families.
