CSE Federal Responding to Member Needs During Pandemic Crisis

Lake Charles, LA — March 27, 2020 - CSE Federal Credit Union (CSE) has been closely monitoring the rapidly changing developments around COVID-19, responding to new information as it arises and preparing for possible scenarios, all with the goal of continuing to safely serve our credit union’s members.
Because of Governor John Bel Edwards’ “stay-at-home” order issued on Sunday, March 22nd, CSE’s financial services are currently limited to drive-thru only; Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Wednesday 9 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. This change in operations is in place until further notice. Members are highly encouraged to utilize electronic services available through CSE Online and the CSE Mobile App, available 24/7.
CSE has also implemented a Financial Hardship Assistance Program to Members affected by COVID-19. The provisions implemented under this assistance program can be found at csefcu.org/financial-hardship-assistance
