NuMark Credit Union Partners with Accion to Offer Free Small Business Financing Seminar

Joliet, IL - March 20, 2020 - What are your business dreams and are they worth following? A dream can seem unattainable, but it can be reached with the right help. NuMark Credit Union provides support to help entrepreneurs reach their dreams. There are many factors to consider when deciding to take the leap and open a business. Picking a name and location are two things to consider. For many, the most important factor of all is funding your dream.
NuMark Credit Union and Accion have collaborated to host a seminar titled, “Alternative Access to Capital” to give entrepreneurs the resources they need to start or grow their business. NuMark Credit Union works to enrich the financial lives of their members and the community by offering a full menu of financial services from mortgage and auto loans to free checking accounts and business services. Accion provides capital, coaching, and connections small business owners need to create wealth and jobs throughout Illinois and Indiana. Through their partnership, they work to ensure the community is best served.

The seminar will give insight on all aspects of small business financing. Entrepreneurs who have limited collateral, a smaller loan request or damaged credit are welcome to attend and get more information about their loan options. Attendees will learn how to apply for a small business loan and what is needed to qualify for financing. The seminars include presentations in English and Spanish from 6:00pm to 7:30pm at the following NuMark Credit Union locations.
