Aspire CU Celebrates Re-Branding with Free Lunch for Community
February 10, 2020
Minot, ND - February 10, 2020 - A modern look, a new feel, and great response from their members and their community on the updated image at this Minot credit union.
After many months of diligent work and preparation, Aspire Credit Union in Minot, ND held their official “Re-Branding Celebration” on Tuesday, February 4th. A ribbon cutting ceremony was held with a strong turnout from the Minot Area Chamber of Commerce and members.
To help them celebrate, the credit union invited members and the entire community into the credit union for a free lunch of chili and knoephla soup. In addition, an “after hours open house” was held with drinks, wings, meatballs, and live music. “The party was a great way to kick off our new brand and welcome in the new name,” said Beth Felder, Marketing Coordinator.
Aspire CU was previously known as Prairie Federal Credit Union, an established credit union with a rich 85-year history of serving Minot and the surrounding area.
“As our members and community have transformed, we wanted a name that really reflects us”, said Mindee Kohlman, President/CEO of Prairie Federal Credit Union. “Aspire is a name that encompasses what we love most about being a credit union. We help our members reach their financial goals and aspire to more.”
She continues, “Our new tagline is Aspire to More – and that is what we are talking about with our members. We want to aspire them to do more, whether it be getting that new dream house, car or aspiring to do more in our community. Dream it, wish it, do it – Aspire! We have had a lot of very positive feedback. We also received some great comments about our awesome orange Converse sneakers! We have put many pops of orange throughout the office, and we love how it looks so fun and cheerful,” she added.
