Rocky Mountain CU Helps Pay Off School Lunch Accounts

Bozeman, MT - Paying it forward makes a huge impact in Bozeman this Christmas season thanks to some amazing support from Rocky Mountain CU. Kelsey Lopp, a Bozeman mom and RMCU member, was paying her son’s lunch account when it dawned on her that she would like to pay a little extra to support student lunch accounts that were in the negative. Then, she thought other people might also pitch in so she set up a Go FundMe campaign. One simple thought spurred community support like wildfire, and this story is sure to warm any heart on a winter day. Rocky Mountain heard the buzz and stepped up, contributing $2,000 to the cause in Bozeman and donating $1,000 in Butte, Belgrade, and Helena as well. Thank you RMCU for making the kids and families in the communities you serve ever so happy this holiday season.
