North St. Paul, MN  SPIRE President/CEO Dan Stoltz was recently asked to be the guest speaker at the North St. Paul Junior Optimist Club, a local chapter of Optimist International.

The group of over 30 high school students interacted with Stoltz on leadership traits such as chasing your dreams, being a net giver, and living a life of gratitude.  The club chose Stoltz to kick off their 2019-2020 season because his message closely aligns with The Optimist Creed to promise yourself, among other things, to be so strong that nothing can disturb your peace of mind; to make all your friends feel there is something in them; and to forget the mistakes of the past and press on to the greater achievements of the future.

“We are so grateful to have Dan Stoltz as our guest speaker at our first meeting of the year,” said Aisha Adedayo, President of the Junior Optimist’s Club, “Our new members left inspired to improve themselves and uplift others with Stoltz's 10 life tips.”

“Working with these students was inspiring,” said Stoltz, “I’m amazed by these students who want to make a positive impact on our society.”
