Lincoln County CU Donates $15,000 to Local School District for After School Program

Libby, MT - School is back in session. The kids at Troy Public Schools are off to a great start thanks to the generous support from Lincoln County CU. The town's After School Program was in jeopardy after not receiving critical federal grant dollars for the upcoming school year, so the credit union decided to cover half of the program's projected budgetary shortfall with a $15,000 donation. Our credit union "always looks for ways to help in the communities we serve, and the board of directors thought it was a wonderful idea to give back and help fund the after-school program," said Lindsay Beaty, Lincoln County CU president and CEO.
