Credit Union Employees Raise Funds for Food Pantry

LAKE LUZERNE, NY -�Hudson River Community Credit Union (HRCCU) employees recently donated $656 to the Maxfield Community Food Pantry as a result of their Jeans for Charity Program. On the first Friday of each month, HRCCU employees can wear jeans if they make a $5.00 donation to the quarterly designated charity. HRCCU also accept donations from members for the benefit of the charity.

The Maxfield Community Food Pantry is run by volunteers and accepts donations of food, non-perishables and items for pets. The Food Pantry is open to the public 6 days a week and supports residents in the Lake Luzerne area. For more information and pantry hours, call 696-4979.
