Ft. Randall FCU Awards $1,500 in Scholarships

Pickstown, SD – Ft. Randall Federal Credit Union awards three $500 scholarships yearly, two to graduating high school seniors and one to a full-time college student. To qualify for the scholarships, students must be a member of the credit union. Ft. Randall has announced that this year’s winners are: Abigail Spawn; Dominique Girton; and Cody Spreckels.

Abigail Spawn is a high school graduate of Platte-Geddes, SD. She will attend the University of Sioux falls where she will major in biology and Chemistry with a minor in Psychology in the pre-Optometry program.

Dominique Girton is a high school graduate of Platte-Geddes, SD.  She will be attending Lake Area Technical Institute in Watertown, SD where she will major in Physical Therapist Assistant.

Cody Spreckels is a 2007 Washington High School graduate of Sioux Falls, SD. After graduating Cody joined the Airforce and was honorably discharge 6 years later. Cody is attending Mitchell Technical Institute in Mitchell, SD where he will major in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC).
