First Community Celebrates "Give STL Day" with Donation to Local Pet Rescue Group Needy Paws
May 1, 2019
Chesterfield, MO – To celebrate St. Louis’ annual “Give STL Day”, First Community is excited to donate to local animal rescue organization, Needy Paws. “Give STL Day” occurs every year on May 1st. St. Louisans and the surrounding Metro area residents are encouraged to support a local community organization through their online giving platform.
First Community got a jump start on raising money by involving their social media following back in March during National Pet Weekend. They encouraged followers to share a photo of their pet, with the goal of reaching 300 photos. They reached that goal in a day and half. First Community was able to $1,000 to a local animal rescue organization, Needy Paws.
First Community is committed to giving back to the St. Louis and surround areas and excited to involve their membership in their philanthropy as well.
