Peach State FCU Sponsors "Home for the Holidays" Program

Augusta, GA (March 22, 2019) – Peach State FCU is sponsoring Warrick Dunn Charities, Inc.’s (WDC) Homes for the Holidays program, which provides opportunities for economically disadvantaged single parents who have demonstrated a commitment to achieve financial independence and stability.
The credit union has committed to making two $10,000 contributions to the program this year. The first $10,000 went to the completion of Homes for the Holidays’ 169th recipient, Valencia and her four sons. The surprise reveal took place on Tuesday, March 19th, with community leaders, volunteers and the media in attendance.

The credit union’s second $10,000 contribution will support an additional Homes for the Holidays recipient in the Augusta market later this year.
