IC Federal Credit Union held a Helmet Safety Day on Saturday, May 18
th in collaboration with the Ryan Joubert Memorial Foundation and the Fitchburg Police Department. "Helmet safety is a concern for everyone," said Angela Alansky, IC Parkhill manager, "and we are very proud to be able to honor Ryan Jouberts memory by assisting his parents in spreading the word about helmet safety." Over 100 helmets were given away, and IC held a car wash as well where the proceeds of $275 will be given in support of the Ryan Joubert Memorial Foundation. "Ryans dream was to have a skateboard park that kids of all ages can enjoy," said Pat Joubert. The Ryan C. Joubert Memorial Skateboard Park is located in the Parkhill area of Fitchburg.
