Reno, NV - United Federal Credit Union has announced that they will present a check in the amount of $1,000 to Girls on the Run—Sierras on Wednesday, March 6, 2019 at 10 a.m.

 During the month of February, United Federal Credit Union (United) encouraged its members to donate shoes or money to support the 2019 Girls on the Run—Sierras, which resulted in $1,000 and more than 160 pairs of shoes being collected.

The check presentation to Girls on the Run Sierras will include comments by United Double R Branch Manager, Stephanie Arroyo, United’s Market Vice President, Meredith Williams, and Girls on the Run—Sierras Executive Director, Joy Heuer. Light refreshments will follow the presentation. Join United FCU at their Double R branch location at 10705 Double R Blvd, Reno, NV to celebrate this occasion.
