Naveo Credit Union Recognizes Employees for Service & Dedication
February 22, 2019
(Somerville, MA) Naveo Credit Union presented six employees with service awards in recognition for their dedication and years of service to the Credit Union. Margaret Silva, Ana C. Santos, Raquel Sa, Susan Resendes, Edimar Rodrigues and Anne Labeta (not shown) were honored at a special employee dinner for their combined 95 years of experience and service.
Naveo has made it a tradition to recognize employees for their loyalty and dedication each year. The event typically includes a highlight reel of the previous year’s events and festivities along with the presentation of service awards. Silva received recognition for her 30 years, Santos for 20 years, Sa for 15 years and Resendes, Rodrigues and Labeta for 10 years each. As with many of Naveo’s employees, all of this year’s recipients started as tellers and transitioned to other roles throughout their years.
“In today’s workforce, employee long-term tenure may be defined as 5 years of employment — to have six employees with a combined 95 years of experience is truly remarkable. I have had the pleasure of working with these individuals for many years and I’m extremely proud of their accomplishments and the level of service they provide to our members. Employee stability provides Naveo with an immeasurable competitive advantage, one that our members have come to value and appreciate. I am truly proud to have these individuals as part of our team,” commented Rui F. Domingos, Chief Executive Officer of Naveo Credit Union.
