Mid Minnesota FCU Donates $2,000 to Junior Achievement Program

Baxter, Minn. – Mid Minnesota Federal Credit Union recently donated $2000 to the Brainerd area Junior Achievement Program. The money will continue to support the teaching of business, economics and global economy in school for students in Crow Wing and Cass Counties.
Junior Achievement is a not-for-profit program for students in grades K-12, and provides the curriculum to help students become financially literate. They also offer courses on college, career readiness and entrepreneurship. The program is known for partnering with local businesses and schools, with more than 200 local volunteers serving more than 6500 students.
Mid Minnesota Federal Credit Union is committed to helping those that they serve in their communities through volunteering and donations. Many MMFCU staff volunteer their time and skills to the Junior Achievement Program.
