Austin, TX – The Statesman Capitol 10,000, presented by Baylor Scott & White Health, has announced Greater Texas Credit Union as its financial sponsor for the 42nd annual Cap10K race on April 7, 2019.

“We are so pleased to be partnering with Greater Texas Credit Union. Like the Capitol 10,000, it also has deep Texas roots and strives to support community efforts,” said Jeff Simecek, Statesman Cap10K race director.

“The Statesman Capitol 10,000 has helped support many great Austin charities over its 42-year history, which aligns well with our credit union’s efforts to support communities where our members live and work,” said Greater Texas Credit Union President and CEO Howard Baker. “We are honored to be sponsoring this iconic Austin event to help continue the tradition of giving back.”
