TCT Federal Credit Union Honors Volunteer Board Member

Cambridge, NY, December 18, 2018 — Longtime TCT Federal Credit Union (TCT FCU) volunteer “Rupe” Rupert Jennings, Jr. was honored by the Credit Union at a surprise ceremony at their Cambridge branch on Tuesday, December 18, 2018. Curt Cecala, CEO of the TCT FCU presented Jennings with a plaque and shared his appreciation for Jennings’s many years of leadership, commitment and dedication to the Credit Union, especially during some of the Credit Union’s most critical years.
“Every credit union is built from good people who guided the credit union in its early years when there was little room for error,” said Curt Cecala, TCT’s CEO. “For TCT, Rupert Jennings Jr. is one of those individuals.”
From 1982–1997 Jennings held numerous designations including President and Vice President of the Board of Directors, Chairperson of the Supervisory Committee, and Co-chair of the Building Committee for the Cambridge branch, with then-CEO, Donald Allard.
Also in attendance at the ceremony were current TCT Supervisory Committee Chairperson, Diane Jilek, Jennings’ daughter, Cathy Kilby, and TCT Staff.
