A young lady desperately needed to replace her hearing aid. She shared that she’d nearly forgotten the sound of her son’s voice and couldn’t bear to wait any longer for a replacement, even though her finances weren’t in order for the expense. Then there is Carla, who’s life changed forever with a traumatic brain injury caused by an accident at work. Two and a half years after that accident Del-One FCU filed a disability claim on her VISA and she was reimbursed for every payment she had made since her injury.  She had difficulty articulating that she thought she had debt protection.
