Heritage Family CU Helps Member Get Back on Her Feet

A Heritage Family CU member came to HFCU via a local realtor. She was recently divorced and starting a new life in Vermont.  Unfortunately, the member’s ex-spouse handled all of the bills and she was not aware that the home they previously held together had several late payments.  With these late payments, her credit history was not qualified for investor lending.  However, we looked at the total picture and decided that we wanted to help her.  This member was able to purchase a new home, go back to the work force full time as a RN.  She is so happy and thankful that her realtor knew to send her to HFCU.
