University FCU Has Saved Members An Astounding $53 Million in Auto Loan Interest Payments

UFCU loves to make car loans and not just prime auto loans.  Since 2004 UFCU has funded over 16,900 subprime auto loans (credit scores below 600) totaling over $263 million dollars for members who could not get an auto loan elsewhere or would end up paying a much higher interest rate.  In addition since 2000 UFCU has helped almost 53,000 members refinance their high rate auto loan saving them over $53 million dollars in interest payments over the life of their loan.
