Security Service Charitable Foundation Donates $10,000 to Rebuilding Together San Antonio

(SAN ANTONIO, TX – SEPTEMBER 10, 2018)–– Security Service Charitable Foundation has donated $10,000 to Rebuilding Together San Antonio, an organization that provides low-income and elderly homeowners with critical home repairs, accessibility modifications and energy-efficient upgrades.
Security Service’s $10,000 donation will go directly towards purchasing materials, supplies, and various expenses needed for home repairs. To date, Rebuilding Together San Antonio has assisted over 2,000 people in some 600 households.
“We believe that everyone deserves to live in a safe and healthy home,” said Kent Gerstner, executive director for Rebuilding Together San Antonio. “To make safe and healthy homes a reality, we rely solely on monetary and in-kind donations from businesses like Security Service Federal Credit Union. Their dedication to community service is literally helping to rebuild communities.”
