Kellogg Community Credit Union Pays Off Members' Car

Kellogg Community Credit Union (KCCU) is pleased to announce the winners of its recent auto promotion, OMG! My Car is Free? Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes ran from April 23 – July 31, 2018. Everyone who financed a new or used vehicle for $7,500 or more were automatically entered in the drawing for a chance to have their vehicle paid off, up to $20,000.
Tina and Joy, KCCU members who are mother and daughter, were the lucky Sweepstakes winners. KCCU’s CEO, Tracy Miller, accompanied by several team members armed with balloons, an OMG! Sweepstakes poster, and pompoms, surprised Tina and Joy at the KCCU Downtown Battle Creek branch. At first, they had no idea what was happening until KCCU staff announced that they were the OMG! Sweepstakes winners, then the excitement overwhelmed them!
“My cheeks and forehead still hurt from smiling 8 hours after Kellogg Community Credit Union presented my mom and I with the surprise of a lifetime - that we were the KCCU OMG! Sweepstakes winners!”, stated Joy. “Words cannot express my gratitude and excitement. To not have a car payment is an amazing blessing. Life can be hard at times and sometimes you feel like you will never see the light at the end of the tunnel then blessings happen like this and it brings a new shinning direction to your life. I am forever grateful to KCCU.”

KCCU Assistant Branch Manager, Mary Miller, who helped Tina and Joy with financing their car, was also on hand to congratulate them. “I was thrilled when I heard our winners were Tina and Joy,” said Mary. “To see how happy this made them reminds me how much I love to serve our members.”
