LOWELL, MA – Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union recently sponsored a housewarming party at the new home of its mortgage members, Tim and Brittany Fallon.

Friends and family members from near and far gathered at the couple’s new home in Lowell, MA, where they played yard games, relaxed on the deck, watched the Red Sox game, and enjoyed food from Jimmy’s Pizza Too on Chelmsford Street in Lowell.

“We were pretty excited,” said Tim Fallon. “It was a nice reason to have a party that we probably wouldn't have had otherwise, and it was great getting all of our family and friends to the house, a lot of them for the first time.”

Tim and Brittany Fallon joined Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union when they purchased their first home, a two family, in 2015. They worked with Senior Loan Officer, Tom King.

The Fallons planned to have their tenants pay a majority of their mortgage so they could save up for their second home. King kept in contact with the Fallons over the past three years, working with them to turn that dream into a reality.

“The second purchase happened a little sooner than expected, but they fell in love with their new home, and because we had a plan, they were able to purchase this home sooner than later,” said King.

Seeing their hard work and discipline pay off, King wanted to celebrate this important accomplishment by hosting a housewarming party for the Fallons.

“Buying a home is one of the biggest financial steps many people take, and we are committed to helping our members achieve this goal,” said Mark S. Cochran, President and Chief Executive Officer of Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union. “It is wonderful to see that Tim and Brittany have trusted us with both of their home buying journeys. We are honored to sponsor their housewarming party, and wish them many happy years in their new home.”

The Fallon bash is the fifth housewarming party Jeanne D’Arc has sponsored for its members. The Credit Union looks forward to continuing this tradition.
