Align Credit Union Supports Summer Camp for Gang and Drug Abuse Education and Resistance

Lowell, MA, August 10, 2018 – Align Credit Union was proud support the Haverhill Police Department’s GREAT/DARE Summer Camp again this year. (GREAT stands for Gang Resistance Education and Training. DARE stands for Drug Abuse Resistance Education.) The free camp ran from July 9 through August 10 at the Consentino School. At the camp, Haverhill children ages 8-11 enjoyed a variety of activities such as outdoor and team-building games, guest speakers and field trips.

“It’s easy for children to make poor choices during the summer when there’s less adult supervision. The GREAT/DARE Summer Camp gives kids a place to go during summer break while providing them with education, fun and friendship,” said Align President Ken Del Rossi. “Align is happy to help the Haverhill Police Department offer this wonderful program.”
