NuMark Credit Union wants to help you manage your money, specifically, gain power of your debt. Life sometimes gets out of hand. Wouldn’t it be nice to be control of your finances? According to the Federal Reserve, 2018 the average U.S household carries about $138,000 worth of debt*. However, the median household income reported by our latest census is $59,000. With many factors contributing to debts, such as credit cards, auto loans and mortgages, it is possible that our debts can grow uncontrollably.

Join us from 6:00pm to 8:00pm on Thursday, August 9th at the New Lenox Park District. Located in the All Purpose Room at 701 W. Haven Avenue, we will discuss all aspects of debt. Learn about the different types of debt, the cost of debt, improving your credit score and more! This is an event that shouldn’t be missed!

Seminar host, Linda Krakora states that, “Helping people understand the different types of debt and how to manage them can make a huge difference in their financial lives. Knowing the pitfalls and how to avoid them will make people look differently at how they use credit. We hope this course can help turn someone's financial life around. That is a powerful step for people to take.”
