Butterflies are not always free, it takes money to build an exhibit that will house them at the Ross Park Zoo and show them off to best advantage.
The Zoo, which already has lots of other creatures, both great and small on display, is now getting help from the
Horizons Federal Credit Union.
Horizons has donated $2000 to the Zoo for a new butterfly exhibit. It's a gift to the entire community:
"Butterflies are just gorgeous no matter where you see them," said Steven Contento, Director of the Binghamton Zoo. "I think having them in an up-close personal type of format, the public is just going to love it."
The funds were raised through the efforts and generosity of Horizon� members.
