Naveo Credit Union Awarded $3,000 in Scholarships

(Somerville, MA) Naveo Credit Union’s Scholarship Committee awarded three scholarships of $1,000 each to local students during their Annual Meeting. Scholarship recipients for the 2018-2019 school year were John Da Silva of Somerville, Victoria Raschi of Medford and Charles Casey Rideout of Cambridge. Scholarship recipients are anonymously selected based on financial need, scholastic merit as well as community and school involvement.

Named after former board members for their dedication to education, the Carlos Faria and Victor Da Silva Memorial Scholarship Fund has been a part of the Credit Union since the 1980’s.
