Credit Union of Southern California is Top Place to Work

Anaheim Hills, CA—In 2017, the Orange County Register and Energage, an employee research and consulting firm, conducted an annual survey of more than 33,000 employees from 200 Orange-County based companies to determine the county’s top workplaces. Credit Union of Southern California (CU SoCal) is honored to have once again earned the recognition of one of Orange County’s Top Workplaces.
With 162 responses of its own, CU SoCal ranked as the 28th Top Workplaces in 2017, categorized in the midsize company range (100-499 employees). Some of the questions in the survey, which ranked highest with a positive response, asked if employees felt genuinely appreciated, enabled them to work at their full potential, and whether they believed their company was going in the right direction.
