Hanscom AFB, MA (December 22, 2017) –  Hanscom Federal Credit Union this week announced a membership payout for 2017. The special payment, known as a Loyalty Dividend, returns 2% of most consumer loan finance charges as well as 2% of dividends earned on savings.

The Loyalty Dividend payment will be posted to member accounts on December 31, 2017. This is the 21st consecutive year the credit union paid such dividends, returning more than $8 million directly to its members since 1996.

“The Loyalty Dividend is the result of a successful year,” said Hanscom FCU Chairman of the Board Paul Marotta. “I am proud that we are able to provide this gesture of gratitude to our members. The confidence they place in us makes this possible.”
