Butte Community FCU Provided Thanksgiving Dinner for 16 Families

While credit unions are strong supporters of their community the entire year, they (and their members) really step up their efforts and extend their generosity during the holiday season. A great example of this is Butte Community FCU -- this year the credit union raised over $1,000 through member contributions, enough to provide Thanksgiving dinner for 16 families. And, they didn't stop there. Butte Community has adopted a family for Christmas. Staff have set up a "Polar Express" table in the credit union to collect contributions and members have pledged to bring in items, too.... It's so exciting to see the many ways that our credit union family makes the holiday season one of giving!
