Pacific Service Credit Union Pledges $8,000 to Provide Turkeys to Needy Families

Concord, CA November 21, 2017 - Pacific Service Credit Union (Pacific Service CU) today has pledged an $8,000 donation, which will help provide hundreds of turkeys to needy families during the upcoming holiday season. During today’s Thanksgiving dinner distribution effort, Kristin Peterson, Business Development Manager for Pacific Service CU, volunteered at the Bay Area Rescue Mission to pass out the turkeys to families in need. Pacific Service CU has supported Bay Area Rescue Mission programs since 2003 with donations that assist the homeless and impoverished of the Bay Area. The Bay Area Rescue Mission, located at 200 Macdonald Avenue in Richmond, has provided food and shelter for the homeless of the Bay Area since 1965.
