DEXSTA FCU Employees Volunteer at Sunday Breakfast Mission

On Nov. 2, eight team members from DEXSTA Federal Credit Union volunteered four hours apiece to sort food and help stuff Hope Totes at The Sunday Breakfast Mission. Hope Totes are given daily to people. They are filled with toiletries and other essential items.

This is the second year DEXSTA employees have volunteered time at The Sunday Breakfast Mission. DEXSTA Indirect Lending Assistant, Natashia Osborne, said, "It is a joy to give back to the community and help those in need."

The Sunday Breakfast Mission has community meals for over 200 men, women, boys and girls nightly, as well as food boxes for over two hundred needy families monthly. In addition, they provide breakfasts for homeless men and a lunch program for people of the community. They also give shelter to more than 280 homeless men, women, and children nightly.
