SPIRE Credit Union Sponsors MATTER Concert for Hurricane Victims

Saint Paul, Minnesota - SPIRE Credit Union was a sponsor of the MATTER Concert in September 2017 that ultimately raised $1.25 million. All proceeds from benefit concert and gala will be used to provide resources needed to assist the victims of the recent 2017 hurricanes in Texas, Florida, Puerto Rico and the Caribbean. Resources will include, but are not limited to, MATTERboxes, medical supplies, relief meals, clean up supplies such as masks and other items MATTER will procure.

The concert, held September 20, 2017 and attended by more than 4,000 fans, was a collaborative initiative created by Gene Simmons, MATTER and SPIRE Credit Union.  For the first time in over 16 years, Gene Simmons & Ace Frehely reunited on stage joined by Don Felder of the Eagles, Cheap Trick, The Jayhawks & FLIPP for benefit concert at CHS Field Stadium in St. Paul, MN.
