Kellogg Community Credit Union Team Volunteers 392 Hours at Local Organizations
October 18, 2017
Kellogg Community Credit Union (KCCU) held their annual Team Enrichment Day on October 9th. The team started their day with training, then moving on to finish their day volunteering at local charitable organizations.
KCCU Team Members volunteered 392 hours of their time at these community organizations: Binder Park Zoo, Leila Arboretum, Charitable Union, Building Blocks of Kalamazoo, YWCA of Kalamazoo, and Women at Risk (Grand Rapids), as part of their Team Enrichment Day.
“Our all-staff Team Enrichment Day has always been dedicated to bringing our entire team together to learn how we can make our organization stronger so we can continue to provide world-class service to our members,” stated Tracy Miller, KCCU’s CEO. “This is our second year spending the afternoon volunteering at various organizations which is a great way for our Team to bond while helping non-profit organizations in the communities we serve.”
KCCU team members are passionate about serving the communities in which they work and live. Volunteering their time to these community organizations is a way they can show their commitment to their communities, not only on Team Enrichment Day, but throughout the year.
