North Star Community CU Takes Miracle Jeans Day to the Next Level

Maddock, ND - North Star Community CU is working hard to make this year’s Miracle Jeans Day fundraiser a success. Besides wearing jeans on September 13, they are holding various fundraisers at each branch to boost donations, including a car wash, taco sales, and a bake sale! Each branch of the credit union has a set goal, and every branch that meets their goal will be served breakfast by the credit union’s Executive Leadership Team. The branch that raises the most will also earn four hours of vacation leave for each employee at that location. Finally, if the credit union achieves their overall goal – Mr. Bob Harrington, North Star President/CEO will be taking a pie in the face at the next all employee meeting on October 9th. Additionally, if North Star Community Credit Union raises more money than ALL of the credit unions in South Dakota combined, then Jeff Olson, President/CEO of Credit Union Association of the Dakotas will also be taking a pie in the face. At the end of the day, the real winners are the kids and our three CMN Hospitals in the Dakotas.
