Western Cooperative Credit Union Making Impact on Their Community

Williston, ND - Western Cooperative CU (WCCU) is making an impact on their community! In fact, they were recently named and received the Williston Herald's "Best of the Bakken" award for best bank/credit union!
WCCU is honored to celebrate this honor with their members and proudly continues to support their communities with donations, volunteer work, and other outreach efforts.
Previously called the “Readers’ Choice” awards, this year the name was changed to “Best of the Bakken,” to better indicate the area served by the Herald. Also in previous years, votes were cast by paper ballots in the newspaper; this year, readers could vote online which resulted in 1,100 nominations and more than 16,000 votes being cast, the most the newspaper ever received.
