Vermillion FCU Hosts Free Movie Night for Community

Vermillion, SD - Vermillion FCU recently hosted a free community movie night at the Coyote Twin Theatre in Vermillion, SD. The screening was held in the newly renovated auditorium at the theatre, and guests were able to enjoy pop and popcorn combos for just $3. Credit Union staff was on site for the evening to greet those coming to the show, and to usher attendees into the theatre before taking a seat themselves to enjoy the live-action version of Beauty and the Beast.

In addition to the free show, Vermillion FCU made a $500 contribution to the upcoming renovation of the 2nd auditorium at the Coyote Twin Theatre. The theatres had been in danger of closing before a newly formed non-profit organization (dedicated to investing in downtown Vermillion) purchased the theatres in 2015 with the intention of fully renovating them and making them a centerpiece of Vermillion’s downtown community.
