Credit union sponsors AFB awards ceremony

The 66th Air Base Group provides vital services to more than 3,000 active duty, Reserve and National Guard military personnel and Department of Defense civilians who work and live at Hanscom Air Force Base, as well as more than 100,000 retired military personnel, annuitants and spouses living in the six-state New England area and New York. Hanscom FCU is a major sponsor of their annual celebration. Members were honored with individual and group awards throughout the evening, including Team of the Year and the Bobby Jacques Spirit Above and Beyond Award, among others. "As their neighbors, we at Hanscom FCU get an intimate look at everything the members of the 66th do for people on the base, and even more off of it," said Chairman of the Board Paul Marotta. "Nobody is more deserving of a night to celebrate the work they do, or of the support we can provide to help make it happen."
