Herndon, Va. (August 3, 2017) – Northwest Federal Credit Union made one of its largest donations in late July, benefitting six local charities as part of the credit union’s 70 Acts of We, celebrating 70 years of service to the community.
As its 13th Act of We, the credit union donated $2,324 each to Appalachian Trail Conservancy, Arts Herndon, Audubon Society of Northern Virginia, Cornerstones, (all Community Partners of the credit union) and NWFCU Foundation (Northwest Federal’s charitable arm).
