Energy CU Awards $5,000 in Scholarships

Energy Credit Union in West Roxbury, Massachusetts, handed out four scholarships, totaling $5,000, to Boston area high school seniors during its 18th annual scholarship drawing. Timothy Corvene of Melrose High School was awarded the $2,000 William C. Reynolds Memorial Scholarship Award. He will be attending University of South Carolina.
Three additional winners will each receive $1000 as they head off to college: Michael Stober, Dedham High School, San Diego Mesa College; Kristen Cucoli, Westwood High School, Worcester State; and Emily Sullivan, Alvirne High School in Newburyport , University of New Hampshire.
