Dover Federal Credit Union Awards Students $5,000 in Scholarships
Five students pursing degrees in higher education will each have $1,000 in scholarship money to assist with college costs, thanks to Dover Federal Credit Union (DFCU) in Dover Delaware. The DFCU Scholarship Committee received many well-qualified applications from high school and undergraduate students. The recipients were selected based upon their outstanding achievements, community involvement, recommendations, and submitted essays.
Said CEO Chaz Rzewnicki: "We are honored to be able to contribute to the needs of our youngest members, as they pursue degrees in higher education. These students are a great representation of our future and the positive impact they will have on others."
