Pelican State CU Gave Away $4,000 in FREE Gas!

To spread the word about the Grand Opening of Pelican State Credit Union’s branch in Prairieville, Louisiana, the credit union gave away $20 in free gas to the first 200 cars to visit its Select Employer Group’s gas station, Popingo’s, on Tuesday, May 23! Then, on Thursday, May 25, Pelican formally celebrated the branch’s Grand Opening with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony, refreshments and giveaways.
Old and new members were invited to tour the branch during the event to receive $25 cash. 55 members completed the tour! Plus, visitors enjoyed brunch from local restaurants and the opportunity to text-in to enter to win a TV. During the celebration, 30 new members joined the Pelican family!
