NAPERVILLE – June 1, 2017– Recycle electronics and shred documents during DuPage Credit Union’s Fourth Annual Drive, Drop & Donate event to benefit DuPage County students in need Friday, June 23rd  at its Naperville Operations Center, 1515 Bond Street.

Electronic Recycling and Document Shredding provided by Citadel:

  • Electronic Recycling – 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
  • Shred Day – 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The cost to shred or recycle is $10 per service, with 100 percent of the proceeds benefitting the Credit Union’s We’ve Got Your Back backpack fundraiser to help local students in need.

“This is an awesome opportunity to clear your clutter and help DuPage County students in need,” said Amy Brandt, Vice President of Business Solutions. “Last year’s Drive, Drop & Donate event raised over $3,300. This year, we’re still a few thousand dollars short of our $10,000 goal and hope to reach it through this event and the generosity of the community.”

Backpacks, stuffed with essential school supplies, will be handed out to students attending the Catholic Charities Annual Back-to-School Fair in August, which benefits students in DuPage County through the DuPage Regional Office of Education.

This year’s Drive, Drop & Donate Shred & Electronic Recycling Event is made possible through the generous support of the Rusin Fulco Realty Group.
