North Star Community CU Donates $15,000 for Community Pool

Maddock, ND - Bob Herrington (CEO of NSCCU) recently presented a check for $15,000 to Wanda Terpening and Bonnie Benson, representatives of the Maddock Park Board. Like many older outside pools in small towns around North Dakota, something needed to be done to save swimming in the town of Maddock. After extensive fundraising efforts, Maddock’s new indoor salt water swimming pool is currently under construction. It will be going in the Benson County Events Center, and is scheduled to be open for business by this July. North Star Community Credit Union is excited to be a part of this awesome project!
