Passionate about the community and dedicated to supporting employee philanthropy, America First Credit Union sponsored a team of employees to walk in the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure Saturday, May 6 in Downtown Las Vegas as part of its Greater Good employee volunteer program. The event is designed to serve as an educational and fundraising experience, while celebrating breast cancer survivorship and honoring those who have lost their battle with breast cancer. The event consisted of a 5K run, 5K walk and a one mile ‘fun run/walk,’ along with guest speakers and an award ceremony. America First employees participated in the spirited event and even posed with Las Vegas Mayor, Carolyn Goodman.
