Massachusetts Credit Unions Collect 9,400 Books for Kids

The Massachusetts Credit Unions topped its 2017 goal of amassing enough children's books to put it well over the 300K mark collected since the event's inception. Thanks to the efforts of 35 participating credit unions, members and staff, the more-than 9,400 books collected throughout April brought the 17-year total to 305K. The books, delivered to the Massachusetts Coalition for the Homeless for distribution to nonprofits across the state, are now in the happy hands of youngsters.
