Credit Union ONE Dodgeball Tourney Raises Funds for Local Charities

Ferndale, Michigan – The 12th Annual Capitol Area Credit Unions Charity Dodgeball Tournament attracted 18 Teams, benefitting Child and Family Charities in Lansing.

Credit Union ONE had two teams participating this year, helping raise $1,000.00 after expenses. “We were very pleased with the employee turnout for our team, and the third place finish was well earned” said Judi Desilets Director of Corporate Events. “ We held Team practices and everyone worked real hard, knowing that the funds raised were going to such a worthy cause”.

Over 25 employees and friends allowed the Credit Union to have two teams this year. This event continues to grow and has resulted in some friendly rivalries and tough competition.
