Ft. Randall FCU Awards $1,000 in Scholarships

Ft. Randall Federal Credit Union in Pickstown, SD recently awarded two scholarships in the amount of $500 to local students.  Recipient of the Community Involvement Scholarship was Jarod Severson, son of Kevin and Tara Severson.  Jarod is a high school senior from Platte; he plans to attend Southeast Technical Institute for Heating, Cooling, Ventilation, & Air Conditioning (HVAC).  Recipient of the Cooperative Spirit Scholarship was Macy Koopal, daughter of Chad Koopal and Katy Burket. Macy is a high school senior from Platte; she plans to attend South Dakota State University for Nursing.

To apply for the scholarships offered by FRFCU, you must be a member or become a member by June 1st to be eligible for the next year’s scholarships.  Ft. Randall FCU would like to congratulate this year’s winners, and we wish the best of luck to them and all local graduates.
