Kulm, ND - It’s hard to understand the devastation wildfires cause until you see it first- hand.  During the early part of March, fires raged through Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas, burning homes, rangeland, hay, livestock, complete farms and ranches.  Even though North Dakota was spared this disaster, the North Dakota Farm Bureau Foundation responded by organizing a “Dakota Cattle Drive 2017 for Wildfire Relief” in an effort to raise funds for the victims. Because Hometown Credit Union serves farmers and ranchers, they responded by donating $500.00 to this worthy cause.  People Helping People, it’s more than a motto.
